While working at Pay.UK as a Knowledge Retention Consultant, I was approached for help by the communications and People Development teams to create a series of informatic posters and screensavers for use internally in the office.
The first set of posters were large infographics showing different milestones and fun facts about cheques and the cheque processing system. These were printed to A3 and displayed in the office for several weeks.
Currently working on an ongoing project with different phases promoting awareness for Pay.UK employees to begin working on their annual objectives in preparation for annual reviews.

Phase 1 involved a poster about how to set up objectives that will then set alongside some more eye-catching posters alerting colleagues it's time to start working on these objectives and recording them. A similar message was created to be displayed on company laptops on the lock screens
Phase 2 Is to progress the message further and to start getting colleagues to begin conversations on how they are progressing and/or how to achieve targets with their managers. Again this is another series of posters and screensavers that will be used throughout March and early April
