I'm back baby!

Hello all. Long time no blogging.

Anything interesting happen in the past year?

As many people and clients know I have spent the past year on maternity leave, and now my little boy is about to start nursery I am returning to the work scene. Such as it is after a pandemic.

It has certainly been an adventure being a mum during lockdown. But looking forward to getting back to work and working on some projects. However due to childcare options there will be some changes to when and how I work.

I will be returning to work part-time this August working around childcare and baby classes. I will be specifically looking for remote work, but some travel will be considered. I have a good setup at home for pretty much any video editing or motion design job. My good old Adobe licence is still active (though may take some time to download updates). Our chosen nursery can only give us 2 days a week with no flexibility, so I will e limiting full work days to Wednesdays and Thursdays. Weekends and evenings will be considered depending enough notice is given and will cost extra. Permanent work will be considered for the right job.

Hopefully everyone will understand and support the decision as it is very important to spend time with my boy while he is still little and before starting school.
